Upon booking with Crystal T's Pty Ltd, you the customer accepts and agrees to the following terms of liability: That Crystal T's acts only as a booking agent who engages the services of Independent Contractors, Contractors are not employed by Crystal T's.

The Contractor is totally responsible for providing their own liability, insurance and professional indemnity to adequately cover any liability that the contractor may incur. We accept no responsibility or liability for any action of a Contractor during a performance booked via Crystal T's P/L.

In layman's terms any injury to persons or damage to property caused by a Contractor is a legal matter between the Client/Customer and the Contractor.

Also once the performer has started, no persons will interfere during the routine, unless directed by the performer. Any unruly behaviour will result in the show being terminated on the spot and all monies will be forfeited.

For all country jobs, travel costs incur extra fee. A deposit is required to confirm booking and if show is cancelled 1 week before date the travel fee will be kept as cancellation fee.
